Magic in the Valley

In 1994 we decided to open Garibaldi’s Mexican Restaurant to share with the local community our love for Mexican cuisine. We pride ourselves in providing the most authentic flavors mixed with a taste of American culture. Our enchiladas, moles, arroz, frijoles and molcajetes are all made with traditional ingredients, however, we always add a little bit of Idaho to each plate.
